Common questions

Can I get everything out? Yes. Every plan includes a full export of your photos, videos, recordings and stories, with their details, in an open format.

Does it work without a signal? Yes. Everything is saved on your phone the moment you tap Save, and it syncs when you are back online.

Who can see my memories? Only you, unless you choose to share. There is no public feed. How your data is protected is explained in the privacy policy.

How do I delete my account? In the app, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account. Export first if you want to keep a copy.
